On Target Transfer Policy
Transfer fees, $35 for each firearm. Without a transfer form application, the transfer fee is $70 per item.
We appreciate your FFL transfer application. Please complete the form below and press the submit button, if you do not have all the information on the form put an X in the box. Once you complete the form a copy of our FFL will automatically be sent to the seller’s email.
Please make sure the firearm you are purchasing is legal to purchase in Washington State. If you are not sure please do the research first. If you ship a prohibited firearm to our store there will be a $75 fee and you have 30 days to make arrangements to get the firearm returned to the seller. If the firearm is not returned to the seller within 30 days it will become property of On Target Outdoors and shipped out of state to be sold.
Once the firearm is received into our inventory the buyer will receive a call from us informing them that they can now come by and fill out the paperwork to initiate the background check. Please do not call the store or stop by until you have received notification from us that the firearm has been received into our inventory.
ANY semi-automatic rimfire rifles requires proof of training for I-1639 compliance. There are no exemptions for military, law enforcement, CPL holder, or instructors. Please complete the class before you come to the store. A Concealed Pistol License does not impact your background check. Be prepared for a 2-3 week approval time from law enforcement agency to pick up your handgun or semiautomatic rifle. Denied transactions will be charged a $50 denial fee and the "buyer" has 30 days to arrange for a refund from the “seller” and pay return shipping and handling. If arrangements are not made to return a firearm to the seller within 30 days after the denied transaction, the firearm will become property of On Target Outdoors and sold. Private sellers, please include a copy of your Drivers license (in the FFL field) with submission AND include a copy with the item.
Sales taxes are collected on all commercial transactions only, not private party sales. If this is a private party sale or gift, please provide a private party or gift receipt.
